<note>RED Kiosk Transformer is a pop-up installation set up in front of the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy at the University of Banja Luka. It represents a phase in the restoration of the K67 Kiosk (designed by Saša Mächtig, 1966), showcasing its key features: modularity, flexibility, prefabrication, and transformability. Inspired by the iconic axonometric diagram of the kiosk, the installation offers an inside look at its elements, details, and materials — providing architecture, design, and civil engineering students with a unique, hands-on learning experience. The project is co-funded by DANUBE SMALL PROJECT FUND and MB modul company.

The installation is the result of an international student workshop on the restoration of the K67 Kiosk, organized as part of the (Iconic) RED KIOSK – A Journey to Modernist Heritage project. This project is part of the xRED experiment, developed within Pop-Up Lab Banja Luka under the Erasmus+ APLE project.

It is coordinated by the Center for Spatial Research and the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy at the University of Banja Luka, in partnership with CULTstore Novi Sad (Serbia), Kobra Arch Brno (Czech Republic), and the K67 restoration team in Celje (led by Tim Jevšenak).

The project is supported by the CEEPUS A.B.C.D. network (Department of Architecture, Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad; Faculty of Architecture, TU Brno; Faculty of Architecture Podgorica, University of Montenegro; and Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy, University of Banja Luka) and DOCOMOMO BiH.</note>
