                <dcterms:description>U knjizi su obrađena najznačajnija poglavlja iz konzervisanja namirnica , skladištenje i transport prehrambenih proizvoda, te najznačajnije grupe prehrambenih proizvoda animalnog (meso, mlijeko, jaja) i biljnog porijekla (voće, povrće, žitarice) i proizvodi napravljeni od njih. Na kraju su pregledno opisani zahtjevi u pogledu deklarisanja i označavanja upakovanih prehrambenih proizvoda u cilju informisanja potrošača o kvalitetu i bezbjednosti namirnica.</dcterms:description>
